We want you to love your purchase from ThriftShopClothes.com! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return them for a full refund within 5 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as delivered, with the ThriftShopClothes.com price tag attached in its original position.

• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted for item(s) without the price tag.

• Item(s) that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

• Item(s) must be returned to the original location from which they were shipped.

• Orders with multiple items may have been shipped from different locations, so please verify the correct return address for each item.

• Incorrect returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Shipping and Timelines:

• Return packages must be dropped off at the shipping carrier within 5 business days from the date the pre-paid return label was issued.

• If the tracking number is inactive after 5 business days, the return will be invalidated.

• Any shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable—no exceptions.

Important Notes:

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

• Unauthorized or unapproved returns will be sent back at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.
